Mark specializes in family law for Canadian and high-net worth clients in
the area of family law. With 30 years of experience Mark effectively resolves
the full range of family law issues for his clients including guardianship of
children, spousal and child support as well as division of family property.

Chong Ke represents clients at the BC Supreme Court, the Court of Appeal,
and Provincial Court, practicing family law, wills and estates law, and civil
litigation. She is a resolute litigator, a probing negotiator, and a creative
problem-solver.  She is equipped with outstanding advocacy skills and analytical
skills.

Before completing her Juris Doctor at the University of British Columbia, Audrey majored in English and History at the University of Toronto. During law school, Audrey worked on family law cases at Rise Women's Legal Centre. She later articled at an immigration law firm and was called to the bar in 2023. Although a new call, Audrey is an avid learner and aims to tackle family law matters with care and empathy.

Ka Lok (Gary) Chan is an articled student at Westside Family Law. Prior to
relocating to Canada, Gary practiced as a solicitor in Hong Kong, where he
gained more than 10 years of post-qualification experience in civil and
commercial litigation, debt recovery and enforcement proceedings, and
family-related matters. He acted for high-net-worth individuals, corporate
clients, and government departments in a broad range of contentious disputes.
